Wrinkle came about from two people's passion to impact the world in a meaningful way.

Our hope is that after connecting with our work, people will have new perspectives, be inspired, and get involved. We are dedicated to reaching people through all media. There's no one right way to tell a story, so why not use them all?
Everybody has a story. We live in a multimedia world and it is our mission as artists to fill this world with the most moving, compelling, and beautiful stories. At Wrinkle, we love telling stories and exploring new forms of expression. Our journey has taught us that the most emotional stories come from deep inside and some of our best work has started with what makes us laugh, cry or stand awestruck and we want to share those feelings with you. So whether it's telling a story through complex code and animation or just to friends in person, you can bet that story will soar - full of soul.
Community engagement is also an integral part of Wrinkle's mission. We are inspired by the way the people in West Michigan come together over issues, art, education and the environment (to name a few). It is not enough to simply show the world that change is possible, we must be engaged and active in creating that change. Wrinklers work throughout the community to make a difference including creating events that boost awareness about the amazing things being done to improve lives, communities, and society.
We chose Wrinkle's home to be Grand Rapids because of the unstoppable energy of this growing city. In West Michigan, innovation is a way of life and we think it's important to embrace that. Whether working with an individual, organization, or an international initiative, Wrinkle takes time to give the highest quality experience to our partners. We start by taking time to really listen to what our partners need, then find creative ways to bring that to life. From portrait photography to video awareness campaigns, event coverage to documentaries - Wrinkle has a passion for the combination of art and community, working hand-in-hand with the amazing organizations who also commit their time and energy to improve the communities in which they work and live.
